Support at Home), disability and home care packages clients across the lifespan What you’ll do Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy in homes, schools, community locations and clinic rooms (as needed) Collaborate with a supportive MDT (Speech Pathologists, OT, Physio, Psych, PBA); build strong relationships with families, educators and carers Tailor therapy to individual goals; contribute to reports, planning and outcome reviews What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Current Australian working rights and relevant checks Open to experienced clinicians and new graduates WWCC, NDIS CLEARANCE AND NATIONAL POLICE CHECKS Drive and have a valid license INTERESTED?
